RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.

If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please notify us with your order details and proof within 48 hours. We will get it picked up & deliver you a fresh piece. Missing product information should be given within 24 hours with a parcel opening video.

Some items are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the Exchange policy on Homewibe You can raise the size exchange request by writing on WhatsApp (91-74269 46465) with ease mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours. Once acknowledged by the team during the next working day, we will provide pickup services for size exchange only. In case of product exchange, please courier back the product to us. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Homewibe will not be responsible for any lost shipment. Customer has to ship the product back to Homewibe office at her/his own risks, costs & responsibility within 5 days of receipt of the product in case of non-availability of pickup services. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail. For Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn & the tag should be intact and the request should be raised within 5 days of delivery. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time. The customer will be issued a credit note in case the desired size of the product is not in stock. Any coupon applied while making the purchase is not considered in exchange/return. Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed. Note - a charge of $00 will be charged on returns (defective or wrong products sent will have no return charges). As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. The customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

Can I cancel my order?

  1. Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

  2. You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of the order. Please write to us at needlesplay@gmail.com to request a cancellation. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Homewibe and accepts the Homewibe decision regarding the cancellation.

How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available? The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in the next 30 days on the Homewibe website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go. NOTE - DON’T ASK FOR NEW CREDIT NOTE IF EXPIRED.

Can I exchange a part of my order? Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 5 days of delivery. Please do note some items are not returnable or exchangeable.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do? If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available, we will offer you the option to get a credit note to buy something else.

Why is my exchange not accepted? We endeavor to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. Exchange/Return is not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the dress; we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed. Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be color variations, finish, and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged. 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same. Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
